I built Canyon Standard around the part of this business I have always valued most.
That part is sitting down with an owner and learning how the business really works. Not just what it sells, but what took years to build, what keeps them up at night and what they are trying to do next.
I have spent my career working with commercial clients, solving complicated coverage problems and presenting businesses to the insurance marketplace. I have also seen what happens when the details are treated like paperwork instead of responsibility.
Canyon Standard is my commitment to do the work carefully, explain it honestly and remain accountable after the policy is issued.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Know the business.
The best insurance work begins with curiosity. We cannot protect what we have not taken the time to understand.
Say what is true.
If a policy does not do what a client needs, we say so. If there is a limitation, we explain it. Trust is built in the uncomfortable details.
Own the work.
A client should know who is responsible and be able to reach that person when something matters.
